Financial Assistance

Our scholarship program makes financial assistance available, as funds permit, to families who are unable to pay the full program fee, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Financial Applications and Camp Registration Forms must be completed in full and received no later than February 29, 2012 for consideration by our scholarship
committee. Please allow a least 60 days for committee decision.

February 7th - 7:00-9:00pm

CAMP REGISTRATION FORMS

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. As there is limited enrollment per camp session,we urge you to register early and for the exact number of camp sessions you wish to particpate in. Space is limited, so register early! Parents of children with special needs must speak to the camp director prior to registration.
 
How to Register for Summer Camp:

Separate registration forms must be filled out for each child for each camp they attend.

Please print information on forms and fill out forms completely.

To register you must have the following information:
• Current record of immunization
• Up-to-date physical as mandated by the NYS Department of Health.

A deposit of $50 per week must be made during registration to secure a spot for camp. Deposits and Camp fees are non-transferable and non-refundable after May 1st. There will be no pro-rating or reduction of fees based on missed days due to illness shorter than 5 days, or due to inclement weather.

Summer Camp Discount Program
Campers must register for a minimum of 2 weeks to receive any discounts.


We offer the following discounts:
• 10% discount – must register by
March 31, 2012 and pay the camp fee in full.
• 5% discount – must register by
March 31, 2012 and pay 50% of the fee.
• 2012 Family discount – The first oldest child’s camp fee is regular price, and each
additional sibling will receive a 40% discount. The family discount does NOT apply
to Arts Camps.
