Wear proper clothes: sneakers only, t-shirt, sweat pants, leotards with tights, shorts with a towel. NO JEANS, SANDALS OR SHOES.

Please do not monopolize the equipment.

Be considerate, carry a workout towel and wipe off equipment after use.

Do not bring gym bags onto the fitness floor; they’re a hazard.

Leave personal belongings in a locker (bring a lock).

No food or drinks are permitted in the workout rooms. Water only.

Please make sure water bottles are plastic and have closeable tops. Do not leave them on the floor.

Ask staff for help if you need assistance or information on how to use equipment.

Please don’t make loud noises (banging or dropping weights, yelling).

Refrain from using loud, foul or slanderous language.

Unload your weight bar.

Please re-rack your weights.

Please report any problems to the fitness desk.

For their own safety, children are NOT permitted in the center. You must be 14 or older to use the fitness area.

Use of a spotter is recommended.

Use of cell phones prohibited.
