We are now offering free Fitness Classes to our members. Check class listings for free classes.

Class sizes are limited and space is available on a first come-first served basis.

Now, when you purchase or renew your 1 Year Full Membership, by paying an additional $100, you will be able to take many* of our fitness classes without needing to purchase class cards or pay drop-in rates to attend.

Arthritis Foundation Water Exercise

Relieve joint pain perform movements in a heated pool.  Instructor- Carolyn Giacalone, certified in Arthritis Foundation Water Exercise, Pilates Instructor and Aqua Instructor

Cardio Boxing

Wraps and gloves necessary take these classes otherwise you will not be permitted in. There is no body contact in this class. Instructors- Mike/Juan. Mike has a black belt in martial arts and takes you through a workout that is guaranteed to get you into shape.  Juan is a ‘GOLDEN GLOVE’ contender and has won several fights

Indoor Cycling/Core

30 minutes of indoor cycling and core work.

Ellen's Well Cancer Survivor Water Exercise

This water exercise class is sponsored by Ellen's Well for cancer survivors, but is open to anyone wishing to attend.
Fit Ball

This class uses “ballwork” to build strong flexible bodies.  Intense enough to engage seasoned athletes yet gentle enough to relieve chronic pain Instructor -Carolyn Giacalone

F.I.T.

(Functional Isolated/Integrated Training)
20 minutes of simple, low-impact cardio with a little Tai-Chi/Yoga to bring the heart rate down. Balance and leg strength, upper body toning, hip, core and back strengthening using small stability balls, resistance bands and stretch.

Healing Yoga

Participate in this extremely healing Yoga class,  focus is on muscle groups, joints and/or mental strain and fatigue that will leave you feeling invigorated. Instructor- Jaki Jackson


Ladies Stretch Class

This is a special stretch class offered by Carolyn Giacolone for women only that meets every other week. Please call for the current schedule. This class is offered apart from our normal class schedule and requires that $20.00 cash or check be paid directly to the instructor.
Lovely Legs I & II (Brazillian Butt)

This hour will help us create strong legs, gluteal and back muscles. We will work on balancing the core with standing leg exercises. Some days, bands or weights or balls may be used. You will see a different shape to your muscles and feel stronger if you attend Lovely Legs I & II.

Men's Stretch Class

This is a special stretch class offered by Carolyn Giacolone for women only that meets every other week. Please call for the current schedule. This class is offered apart from our normal class schedule and requires that $20.00 cash or check be paid directly to the instructor.
Silver Sneakers I

This workout is for the young at heart. During this hour we will warm our bodies before getting into aerobics and weight work using bands and balls to develop  strength and balance.  Part of this class will be seated. Instructor - Rosie Orlando


Sweat & Sculpt

This class consists of 30 minutes of cardio/aerobics and 30 minutes of strength training with weights.
Tai Chi

Tai Chi for Health programs are designed to be useful and accessible for just about anyone. This is a non-competitive class that will help you increase your energy, balance and improve posture and alignment of the body.
The “Spin Cycle”

Learn proper mechanics as well as improving your cycling skills.  The time goes by so quickly riding to great tunes and sweating it out with friends. Instructors- Tim or Tennille or Carrie


Water Exercise

This user-friendly workout is taught in a warm water pool and combines low impact aerobics with strength and balance.  Barbara Farrell, certified Aqua Instructor.

Zumba

The class is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and increase their fitness stomach. Great for those who wants to lose weight or who simply want to levels and raise their stamina with a motivated group of people.Fusing various Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms. It is easy to stick with, and you won't want to stop when class is over, leaving you with the results you want!
