A note from the Project Director...
Hope everyone had a wonderful summer! Our Art & Video Showcase took place on August 15. I want to thank our Mastic Leaders Clubs for a job well done with their short films that highlighted the Tri-Hamlet area. We also appreciate everyone in our community who participated and made this event possible. Special thanks to the Mastics Moriches Shirley Library, Clarence Sheppard and our Jerri Castillo who developed the art display with members of our community by receiving a grant from The Huntington Art Council. If you missed the artwork, the library will be showcasing it soon as well.
Please be aware that the YMCA William Floyd Project offers free counseling to children ages 5-21 and their families, anger management & parent education as well as educational and recreational activities including our Youth and Government Program, Mastic Leaders Club and Self-Defense Karate Classes.
