BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE PILATES
Entry level Pilates class designed to improve flexibility, balance, and posture coordinating upper and lower body movements, concentrating on core muscle strength. 

ADVANCED MAT PILATES
This is an exercise system that is focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury. *ADVANCED
IM=X PILATES
(Integrated Movements = Exercise) A comprehensive program, combining floor work, resistance rings and body bars with a focus on muscular balance and core muscle recruitment patterns.

BODY SHAPES
series of repetition exercises designed to concentrate on one muscle group at a time. Participants use weights and resistant tubing and/or body bars for a total muscle sculpting and conditioning program.  No aerobic component. 

BOOST AND BURN
Multi-activities using varied elements of movement to “BOOST” metabolism, energy, strength, elevate mood, fight fatigue and “BURN” fat with a cross training approach.

BOOT CAMP
 






Ultimate challenge in interval training of cardio, weight training and core strengthening.
CROSS TRAINING
A high intensity interval training focusing on strength training, cardiovascular exercises and flexibility.

STEP AND SCULPT
 A combination of basic bench step movements for a high intensity, low impact aerobic workout and strength training techniques using weights, body bars, and/or bands. Class concludes with an abdominal workout and stretching.

TAI-CHI
An ancient Chinese "internal" martial art which has long been known for its health benefits.  By practicing its slow, low-impact flowing movements, participants can improve their physical condition in such areas as muscle strength, coordination, flexibility and balance.  -Instructor: Shifu John P. TOTAL BODY WORKOUT
A multi-level class that has an energetic aerobic component followed by upper and lower body strength training.  Class concludes with an abdominal workout and stretching.  A great place to start your fitness workout.


ZUMBA/CARDIO DANCE




Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms of Salsa and Hip-Hop with easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout. Enjoy an hour of caloric-burning, heart-racing, muscle-pumping, body-energizing and awe-inspiring movements.
