Aquatics

ADULT STROKE WORKOUT
Prerequisite: Participant must be 16 or older having some knowledge of front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke. Participants must be able to swim at least 50 yards continuously of the previously mentioned strokes.

Participants in this class will be coached to improve their swimming technique, endurance, speed and should expect a tough workout in the water.
