A post partum Mommy & Me Yoga Class. Stretch your post partum body while you bond with your baby. Counter the stress of exhaustion of new motherhood with a class that will help you regain your overall strength, increase your flexibility and stamina and calm your mind. Connect with your babies while they stretch their little bodies, stimulate their senses, and fine tune basic motor skills. The class will consist of breathing exercises, physical postures, ending with relaxation, including gentle infant massage. 45 minute program.
