TINY TOTS
A program designed to promote bonding between parent and child and encourage social interaction among all members of the group. *Activities include songs, finger play and structured physical activities with exploratory free play. 35 minute program

Age:  12 - 20 months




TODDLER GYM
A fun-filled program to help toddlers develop physical coordination and basic motor skills.  The instructor and parents can take this opportunity to teach counting sequences, color recognition and concepts such as "over", "under", "front", "back",  "side". Also includes introduction to sports activities. 40 Minute Program.

TODDLER PRE-SCHOOL
A parent and child program that prepares your child for pre-school with interactive story time, songs, music, art projects and much more!

CHILDREN'S PLAYTIME

Unstructured playtime in our Children's Fitness Room.  Balance beams, tunnels, slides and balls will be available for use.  Just come and PLAY!! Parents must be present with the child. No shoes during class.  Attendant will be on duty.  90 Minute Program

Age:  1 - 3 Years

POST NATAL YOGA

A post partum Mommy & Me Yoga Class.  Stretch your post partum body while you bond with your baby.  Counter the stress of exhaustion of new motherhood with a class that will help you regain your overall strength, increase your flexibility and stamina and calm your mind.  Connect with your babies while they stretch their little bodies, stimulate their senses, and fine tune basic motor skills.  The class will consist of breathing exercises, physical postures, ending with relaxation, including gentle infant massage. 45 minute program.

Age:  3 Months - Crawling

YOGA ROCKS! TODDLERS

A fun and playful introduction to body movement, yoga stretches, and breathing games for babies 13 months to 3 years old. 

Mommies and toddlers will bond and "play" with yoga poses.  Toddler's will then have "free play" time where the yoga poses and stretches will be incorporated into games, and the kids can socialize with each other as the mommies share toddler anecdotes and tips based on the topic of the day.  The class ends with relaxation time in which breathing exercises, mommy toddler massage and bonding are integrated to provide a fulfilling and nurturing closing to the yoga experience. 45 minute program.

COME PLAY WITH ME
 Help your child discover a whole new world. Our 9-week parent/child program is designed for the youngest toddlers. Children participate in a variety of new activities, including interactive play, story time, songs, music, art projects, and much more.
