The children's yoga class consists of teaching kids breathing exercises, challenging yoga postures through season appropriate sequences and fun games that integrate the whole program. As a result of continuous yoga practice, the children will improve their focus and concentration skills, stretch their bodies, increase their balance and stamina, develop physical and mental strength, enhance the brain, create positive attitude, and learn to de-stress, remain calm, and learn relaxation techniques that will increase their self-esteem and improve their overall well-being. 45 minute program.
