KARATE
On going year round program for children and teens combining traditional Shotokan Karate methods with modern, self defense techniques.  Builds self-confidence, respect, discipline, a strong mind and body. Instructor:  Sensei Victor. 90 minute program

Age:  1st Grade - 8th Grade
FIT KIDS I
Obstacle courses, races, balls and games!  Lightly structured with some sports and movement activities.  The goal is to keep the child in motion. 45 minute program.

Age:  4 - 5 Years
FIT KIDS II
A program to compliment school gym programs that will reinforce basic skills, hand-eye coordination, while incorporating games and sport activities.  Children will learn about their muscles and how they are used for different activities. 45 minute program.

Age:  6 - 8 Years
YOGA ROCKS! KIDS
The children's yoga class consists of teaching kids breathing exercises, challenging yoga postures through season appropriate sequences and fun games that integrate the whole program.  As a result of continuous yoga practice, the children will improve their focus and concentration skills, stretch their bodies, increase their balance and stamina, develop physical and mental strength, enhance the brain and create a positive attitude.  They will learn to de-stress, remain calm, and learn relaxation techniques that will increase their self-esteem and improve their overall well-being. 60 minute program.
