Builds strength and skill during winter months
This is a combination of triathlon specific strength training and technique based swimming drills. Elite Triathlete Billy Allen will take you through a strength training routine designed by 2x World Champion Lesley Peterson, as well as analyze your swimming stroke and provide corrective drills to improve swimming efficiency. You will also receive an FMS Screening to analyze any imbalances in the body and will be prescribed corrective exercises to improve your body's symmetry and overall functional capabilities.
