Boxing Fitness
8 weeks          
Fee Required    
Boxing fitness participants utilize the speed bag, heavy bag, sparring gloves and jump rope. Up to 3 participants work with a Certified Personal Trainer. Boxing fitness will improve your strength and stamina, while burning fat and calories. This is the ultimate full body workout that will blast you into boxer shape!
Muscle Fitness
8 weeks
Fee Required
This program is designed for individuals wishing to learn how to work out
independently. Different muscle groups will be targeted each week, culminating
in the knowledge of an effective total body work out. Class meets once a week in
the fitness center.
Tri Training Program
8 Weeks
Fee Required
Tri Training is for the beginner and intermediate triathlete that is looking to
learn skills and technique to prepare for the triathlon season. This 8 week
program will challenge all skill levels focusing on Swimming, Spinning (Biking)
and Running. The class will take place in the pool, Loft Exercise Studio, Indoor
Track and outside (weather permitting).

 

Body Blitz

These classes are group personal training classes that make the most
of your time! This intense, total body sculpting class squeezes a 60
minute workout into 30 minutes. It is perfect for those who are always
on the move. Class meets two times a week in the fitness center.
Meditation
8 weeks
Fee Required
Meditation is simple, enjoyable and delivers positive change immediately. 
Anyone at any age can learn to meditate and relax his or her mind and body. 
It allows your thoughts to quiet, enabling your body to get the deep rest
required to release stress and stay healthy. Class meets once a week in the
2nd floor Dance Studio.
