Classes are "drop in". Registration is not required.

Spin Classes
Pump-N-Pedal
A 45 min. cardiovascular ride followed by 30 min. upper body strength and hard core abs.

Silver Sneakers Muscular Strength & Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength,
range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Mind/Body Classes
IMX Pilates
Integrated Movement Xercise-props used in the class are a ring, body bar and band to strengthen the core, increase flexibility and create long lean muscles.

Focuses on awareness of breath and alignment of the spine while targeting the core.

Level I Yoga Flow
Yoga class finding balance of mind and body, along with strength, relaxation, healing and inspiration.

Level II Yoga Flow
Coordinating breath with synchronized movement.

Gentle Yoga
Relaxing movements using basic Yoga postures.

Fit Yoga
Working all parts of the body creating strength flexibility, endurance and balance, linking breath with movement.

Yogalates
A blend of Mat Pilates and Yoga. Mat Pilates fundamentals combined with a Yoga Flow. This active style of yoga combines movement of the breath with postures that align the spine and strengthen the core.
