All classes listed are free for full members.   
Program members may attend for a fee.
Classes are "drop in". Registration is not required.
The Y reserves the right to cancel any class that
does not meet minimim enrollment requirement.

Spin Classes

Pump-N-Pedal
A 45 min. cardiovascular ride followed by 30 min. upper body strength and hard core abs.
All levels

Spin Fundamentals
Learn about heart rate training, rate of perceived exertion and the energy zones.

Spinning Intervals
Feel the terrain of the road from a flat road to steep hills and alternating with jumps.

Rock and Ride
A cardiovascular bike ride featuring rock and roll music.

Cardio Vascular Classes

Step Aerobics
Cardio training using a step with emphasis on the legs and abs;
Beginner/Intermediate

Super Step Aerobics
High intensity of cardio with more complex moves;
Intermediate/Advanced

Zumba
A dance fitness class with vibrant music.
Beginner/Intermediate

Zumba Gold
A dance fitness class geared towards the A.O.A.
Beginner/Intermediate

A.O.A.
Combo of low impact aerobics for 30 min followed by weight and abs for 30 min.

Interval Training Classes

Cardio Sculpt
Intervals of cardio training with or w/o a step; incorporating weight and ab training.

Cardio Kick
Combinations of movements include boxing and kicking, including ab work.
Advanced Beginner/Intermediate

Cardio Boot Camp
High intensity cardio/full body cardio boot camp combines short drills and basic strength and toning.

Toning Classes

Body Sculpt
Full body toning workout using free weights targeting all the major muscle groups inlcuding the abs.
Multi-level

Abs and Arms
Upper body weight training combined with the abdominals.
Multi-level

Silver Sneakers
A full body workout for the older generation utilizing elastic tubing, free weight and a fitness ball. A chair is used for seated or standing support.
Gentle

Mind/Body Classes

IMX Pilates
Integrated Movement Xercise-props used in the class are a ring, body bar and band to strengthen the core, increase flexibility and create long lean muscles.

Pilates
Focuses on awareness of breath and alignment of the spine while targeting the core.

Yoga Flow
Active style of yoga combining unique breathing techniques/strengthening poses.
All levels

Gentle Yoga
Relaxing movements using basic Yoga postures.
Beginner/Intermediate

Vinyasa Yoga
Coordinating breath with synchronized movement.
Intermediate

Fit Yoga
Working all parts of the body creating strength flexibility, endurance and balance, linking breath with movement.
Advanced beginner

Peaceful Yoga
Morning Yoga class finding balance of mind and body, along with strength, relaxation, healing and inspiration.

Yogalates
A blend of Mat Pilates and Yoga. Mat Pilates fundamentals combined with a Yoga Flow. This active style of yoga combines movement of the breath with postures that align the spine and strengthen the core.

Restorative Yoga
Deep Relaxing Movement for restoring posture and balance.
