Waterfront programs do not
require a YMCA membership.
All programs are held at
Centerport Beach Boat House &
there is no bus transportation
provided by the YMCA.
All students are required to take
a swim test the first day of class.

The YMCA will provide instruction
for basic kayaking & sailing skills,
along with general boating &
water safety.  The sailing courses are designed for children ages
8-18 & kayaking for ages 9-adult.  No prior experience or equipment is required in order to participate.  The YMCA will provide all necessary gear needed for both but boating shoes are required. 

In Person Registration starts on Friday, May 4th at 6:00pm and is on-going.  Each program cost $385.00 per session which includes a $50.00 non-refundable service fee. The 2012 season starts the week of June 25th & ends the week of August 10th.  Sessions are one week in length and are held either morning or afternoon.
