Yoga

Class has an easy-paced flow that vitalizes the mind and body. Learn to transition from pose to pose with fluidity and balance. Incorporates Pilates.

Iyengar Yoga
Disciplined yoga class - emphasis on physical postures to develop strength, stamina, concentration and body alignment to create meditation in action. Props required. 
Beginner Yoga is suggested as a pre-requisite.

Muscle Fitness
Instructional small group class held in our state of the art fitness center and limited to 6 participants. Increase your knowledge of weight training and proper exercise technique. Orientation required prior to start of program.

Power Tri Training
Triathlon competitions are one of the fastest growing types of athletic competition. All levels of athletes are getting involved. Why not you? Class will focus on basic fundamentals of the three components of triathlon: swimming, biking, running. Coaching and instruction provided by seasoned athletes.
