BIRTHDAY PARTIES

The Huntington YMCA is a great place to have your child’s next Birthday Party. Whether you choose a pool party, crafts party, sports party or rock wall party, our YMCA trained staff will insure your youngster and all his or her guests will have a great time.
GENERAL INFORMATION

• Parties are for 20 children. $10 for each additional child up to a maximum of 25.
• All parties are 1 1⁄2 hours, which includes approximately 1 hour of activity and 1⁄2 hour for refreshments.
• The birthday child receives a YMCA t-shirt. Additional t-shirts can be purchased for $4.00 as party favors.
• Host Parents are responsible for birthday cake.
• Parties are booked at the Member service desk.
• $50.00 deposit due when booking to hold the date

Pizza Package $75

• 4 liters of soda
• Paper products

YOUTH MOVEMENT PRESCHOOL FITNESS & GAMES (Ages 3-5 years)

60 minutes of activity in our toddler gym, followed by 30 minutes in party area for refreshments.
Available: Fridays 1:00pm Saturdays 1:30 & 3:30pm

CRAFTS & GYM (Ages 3– 5 years)

60 minutes create craft project to take home & special activities in the toddler gym. 30 minutes in party area for refreshments.

PRINCESS PARTY (Ages 4–7 years)

60 minutes of Dance & Crafts followed by 30 minutes in party area for refreshments.

PIRATE PARTY – SCAVENGER HUNT (Ages 4–7 years)

60 minute scavenger hunt and gym activities followed by 30 minutes in party area for refreshments.
Available: Saturdays 1:30 & 3:30pm

60 minutes of dance activities & games followed by 30 minutes in party area for refreshments.

SPORTS & FITNESS (Ages 5–12 years)

60 minutes. Choose from a wide range of activities —sports, games relays, fitness. 30 minutes in party area for refreshments.

ROCKWALL PARTIES (Ages 7 & up)

Only available April – October
60 minutes on our rock wall with a certified instructor and other field games followed by 30 minutes in party area for refreshments.

POOL PARTY (Ages 8 & up) Available: Saturday 3:45-4:45pm

Only 60 minutes in the pool (followed by 10 minutes locker room time) followed by 30 minutes for refreshments. Each swimmer under the age of 8 must be accompanied in the water by an adult age 18+ (maximum 2 children per adult) Adult does not count toward party limit of 20 children. A swim test will be administered at the start of the party. YMCA instructional Swim Program participants may use YMCA Instructional Flotation Devices. Other guests may use properly fitted US Coast Guard approved Life Jackets provided by the Y. Inflatable devices are not permitted. YMCA provides Lifeguards.
