Welcome to the Patchogue Family YMCA . We offer an unparalleled variety of fitness activities including: traditional aerobics, spin classes, aquatic exercise programs, and much more. Whether you choose to workout in our state- of-the-art Fitness Center or to attend one of our many classes, there is something here for everyone.

Prenatal Fitness

Prenatal Fitness focuses on cardiovascular and muscle endurance for your ever changing body. This class is $100 for an 8 week session.
Prenatal Yoga

Focus on finding peace and balance during your pregnancy.  $100 for an 8 week session.
Small Group Kickboxing

Your "Laoshi" Stephen will focus on cardiovascular strength, muscular endurance and self-confidence.  Class is Tuesday evening at 6:00pm.  $100 for an 8 week session.
Tri-Athlete Program

This program breaks down swimming, running , and spinning techniques from 3 specialists.  Class is $100 for an 8 week session
