               One on One Personal Training
 

Personal Training is more than a series of one-on-one sessions. Personal Training is a physical, psychological and emotional experience where you will increase your level of conditioning with a program customized to address your unique fitness profile. Not only will you be more powerful, you’ll be empowered to do more and be more. All trainers possess certifications from the YMCA or a nationally accredited organization.
 

Fee:                  1 session -                          $50 per person
                        5 pack of sessions -              $225 per person
                        10 pack of sessions -            $400 per person
