Group Exercise Classes

All classes listed are free for full members. *Aquatic exercise programs are an additional fee. Program members may attend for a fee. Classes are “drop in”. Registration is not required. The YMCA reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet minimum of five (5) participants. A schedule of classes is available HERE.
 
Spin      

55minutes of cardio on a stationary bike using motivational techniques as well as training techniques to give you an exciting biking experience.
 
Step Aerobics    
          
An intense, high impact aerobics class designed to maintain an increased heart rate and strengthen muscles using a step!
 
Cardio Conditioning  
            
Energizing, upbeat, boot camp style aerobics class designed to keep your heart rate up while using body weight for body toning.
 
Cardio Kickboxing 
     
The ultimate cardiovascular challenge
that combines boxing, kicking and easy to follow combinations with efficient balance work that guarantees a great total body workout.
 
Stronger Seniors   
     
A full body workout for the older adult using resistance bands, free weights and body weight. A chair is used for seated or standing support.
 
Zumba     
        
An easy to follow dance fitness class with vibrant music that combines interval low impact training with exhilarating Latin rhythms. Learn the latest Latin steps, and burn fat! 
 
Total Body Conditioning
       
A full body toning class using free weights and your body weight to work major muscle groups in the arms, back, chest and legs.  
 
Yoga   
Focuses on linking breathing to movement while enhancing flexibility, strength and inner balance.
 
Tai-Chi            
 
A low impact martial arts class designed to balance and focus internal energies.
 
Pilates

A mat based class which uses your body weight to focus on both muscle strength and elongation.
