|Designed for students to develop strength, agility spacial awareness, body positioning, and control through basic skills. Each child will be introduced to the basic foundation of tumbling which include rolling, handstand variations, cartwheels and other basic movements, students will participate in groups to foster social emotional and physical skills needed to begin their accent through performance and athletics. Through strength conditioning , and physical conditioning, students will progress to the more difficult skills. Tumbling class improves coordination, muscle development, and flexibility. This class is designed to focus on the floor gymnastics excercise and also to complement our dance programs.
