(Ages 9 – 14)
Teen Fitness is an introduction to proper weight training techniques and conditioning for cardiovascular exercise. Classes include discussions on the effect of diet and exercise on daily lives. It is our goal to give teens the ability and confidence to work out safely in the Adult Fitness Center. There is a maximum of 10 participants per class per 8 weeks. Class is held on Monday and Wednesday and both classes take place in our Multi-purpose rooms, gymnasium, or fitness center.
