SCHOOL AGE CHILD CARE
The Brookhaven Roe YMCA is
proud to provide a NYS
licensed Before and After School Childcare Program for the children
and
parents of the Port Jefferson,
Mount Sinai and Miller Place
school districts. The program
is open to any student currently
enrolled in kindergarten through 5th grade in these districts.
The hours of operation for
these programs are 7:00
a.m.
until the beginning of school
and from school dismissal
until
6:00 p.m. All three
programs are on-site at
their respective
elementary schools. This allows the children to be active in school
programs. The YMCA program includes activities such as arts and
crafts, organized sports, free time and outdoor activities. Children
are provided a snack and help with their homework. |
