ADULT PROGRAMS
BEGINNERS MASTERS (Ages 18 and up)
For adults wishing to improve their basic swim
technique and body conditioning. Ideal for those wanting to learn swim drills,
design personal workouts and improve their freestyle, backstroke, turn skills
and overall endurance.
MID MORNING MASTERS (Ages 18 and up)
For adults wishing to improve their basic swim
technique and body conditioning. Ideal for those wanting to learn swim drills,
design personal workouts and improve their freestyle, backstroke, turn skills
and overall endurance.
ADVANCED MASTERS (Ages 18 and up)
A coached, instructional and competitive, team
style program. Participate in organized practice and improve conditioning and
technique. Ideal for competitive U.S. Masters swimmers, triathlete and
bi-athletes wishing to improve skills and endurance.
ADULT SWIM CLINIC (Ages 18 and up)
For beginner adults who may have a fear of the
water and a desire to learn or improve basic swimming skills. Classes focus on
correct swimming techniques, endurance and personal water safety.
EAST END SYNCHRO SWANS (Ages 16 and up)
This is a team only activity (not a class).

WATER FITNESS (Ages 16 and up)
Join us for an invigorating workout in our pools.
Keep your heart and lungs fit. As well as building strong abs, back hip muscles.

ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION AQUATICS PROGRAM (Ages 16 and up)
Classes will reduce pain and stiffness; improve
joint flexibility, range of motion, muscle strength, and endurance while
supported by water buoyancy and resistance.
