ADULT PROGRAMS

AQUAJOG

Walking, jogging, cross-country skiing in deep water. Exercises to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone.

WATER WALKING

Variations of walking to challenge and isolate the muscles of the body. No swimming skills required, resistant equipment can be used to increase the workout.

SWIMNASTICS

A total body exercise program performed mostly in shallow water. Feels like a massage plus improves circulation, muscle tone and joint flexibility.

SUPER WATER WORKOUT

A circuit training program using various trainings to enhance the workout and make your exercise FUN!!!

HYDROSCULPT

Maximize the water resistance and challenge every muscle group. Excellent workout for arms and abs, hips and thighs.

AFYAP/TWINGES

The Arthritis Aquatics Program is a cooperative program of the YMCA and National Arthritis Foundation. Will benefit anyone with arthritis. Beneficial for people recovering from surgery or injury. Uses the water to decrease pain and stiffness, improve and maintain joint flexibility.

SILVERSNEAKERS® SPLASH

Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! SilverSplash®offers LOTS of fun and shallow watermoves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special Silver Sneakers® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

PRENATAL EXERCISE

Expectant mothers can benefit or maintain their fitness levels through Aquatic classes such as Water Walking, Swimnastics or Hydrosculpt.

WET & WILD

The ultimate in cross training; challenge your body with 45 minutes of high energy core conditioning, muscle strengthening and cardio.
