YOUTH / TEEN PROGRAMS
Additional Programs (10 - 17 yrs old) - 9 WEEKS
STROKE & TURN (Instructor recommended)
45 minute class designed to teach competitive
strokes, starts and turns, building endurance and speed.
JUNIOR LIFEGUARD PROGRAM
Teaches teens lifeguarding skills and prepares them
to take the Lifeguard Training Course. Classroom time and pool time, must have
completed Flying Fish. (1 hour)
TEEN/ADULT INSTRUCTION
Instruction for the beginners to the very advanced
in a congenial, relaxed atmosphere. (45 minutes)
ADULT STROKE WORKOUT
The Adult Stroke Workout is a great way to improve
your swimming ability. This is a guided workout which is designed for lap
swimmers who would like technique help to improve their stroke.
SWIM CLUB
Professionally coached workouts 2x a week get you
ready for the summer swim team. Ages 10-17 years. Should be Fish level or better
and be able to swim several laps. (Do not need to know all strokes to join.)
