Please do not monopolize the equipment. |

Be considerate, carry a workout towel and wipe off
equipment after use. |

Do not bring gym bags onto the fitness floor; theyre a
hazard. |

|
Leave personal belongings in a locker (bring a lock). |

No food or drinks are permitted in the workout rooms.

Please make sure water bottles are plastic and have
closeable tops. Do not leave them on the floor. |

|
Ask staff for help if you need assistance or information
on how to use equipment. |

|
Please dont make loud noises (banging or dropping
weights, yelling). |

Refrain from using loud, foul or slanderous language. |

|
Unload your weight bar. |

Please re-rack your weights. |

Please report any problems to the fitness desk. |

For their own safety, children are not permitted in the
center. |

|
Use of a spotter is recommended. |

Use of cell phones prohibited. |

Children 13 - 15years must be accompanied by a parent.
Child/Parent must be members. |

All children must have an orientation. |
