BASKETBALL POLICIES
In order to keep Basketball as safe as
possible for all, we ask that you please respect the following
policies:
•
BRING YOUR OWN BASKETBALLS.
•
OPEN BASKETBALL consists of unsupervised games.
•
Before entering the Gym, you must stop at the desk and scan your
membership card.
•
Respect times for appropriate age groups.
•
Parents please be advised that Youth Basketball is UNSUPERVISED.
•
All players, (Youth and Adult) play at their own risk.
•
Adult Basketball consists of Pick-Up games. Please be courteous to
all players. The court is to be shared by all players.
•
NO soda or food permitted in the gym. Water only.
•
Kindly remove all items from the gym when you leave (paper towels,
bottles, etc.).
BASKETBALL SCHEDULE:
Youth & Family (Ages 8 - 13)
Tues, Thurs, Fri: 6:30pm - 8pm
Sat: 3:30 - 5pm
Sun: 9am - 11:30am
Adult (High School & Older)
Wed: 9pm - 10pm
Tues & Thurs: 8:00pm - 10pm
Fri: 8 - 9pm
Sat: 7 - 10am
Sun: 11:30am - 2pm
Schedule subject to change. When
possible, notification will be posted inside the gym. Please take
notice.
PRE-TEEN WEIGHT WORKOUT (Ages 11-13 years)
An introduction class to the weight
room. Learn proper training techniques and also how to design an
effective training program that will enhance your performance and
reduce the risk of injury. Workout Smart!
TEEN/ADULT KARATE
In this Martial Arts program students
gain confidence about their bodies as well as learn realistic
self-defense skills. Open to beginners and those with previous
experience. All styles are welcome. (LIFESTYLE) (90 min. - 10 weeks)
