ABOUT THE CENTER
The Great South Bay YMCA provides outstanding
programs and services in a state of the art fitness facility. Our unparalleled
variety of fitness activities including: aerobics and cycle classes,
aqua-exercise programs, strength training and cardio-conditioning. Whatever your
fitness level or goals, our friendly, knowledgeable staff will help you find the
"Y"s way to better health and fitness.
THE STRENGTH TRAINING CENTERS
Certified trainers will help you develop an
exercise program appropriate to your fitness level. All our members are
encouraged to schedule a one-on-one orientation before beginning an exercise
program.
The YMCA recommends that all members consult a
physician before beginning an exercise program.
