Muscle Fitness Classes (8 week sessions)
Muscle Fitness classes are group personal training
classes with a maximum of 6 participants. The class teaches proper form,
technique and various training philosophies. Participants train effectively to
achieve personal goals. Fee required.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Fee: (1) session $50
(5) sessions $225
(10) sessions $400
One-on-One Personal Training
Personal Training is more than a series of
one-on-one sessions. Personal Training is a physical, psychological and
emotional experience where you will increase your level of conditioning with a
program customized to address your unique fitness profile. Not only will you
feel more powerful, youll be empowered to do more and be more. All trainers
possess certifications from the YMCA of U.S.A., ACE, AFAA, IDEA, or IFTA as well
as CPR certifications.

Group personal training.
Make the most of your time in this intense, total
body sculpting class that squeezes a 60 minute workout into 30.
Perfect for those that are always on the go.

PILATES REFORMER WORKOUT
Develop longer leaner muscles.
Increase flexibility and core strength.
Improve balance and coordination.
Prevent injury and improve posture.
(The Great South Bay YMCA utilizes Stott reformers
and all trainers are Stott trained in order to guarantee you the best possible
workout.)

BOXING FITNESS
Up to three participants may work with one
trainer.
Use the heavy bag, speed bag, jump rope, and
weights.
Agility training, flexibility, and strength
training.
Get yourself boxer fit!

Groups of 2-3 participants:
(10) sessions $350.00
*Cancellation Policy for all training (personal
training, reformer training, boxing training) is as follows:
Clients must call 24 hours in advance.
Without 24 hour notice, clients will be charged
in full for (1) hour session.
Session packages valid for 12 months from date of
purchase.
GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
Our classes are drop in classes unless otherwise
specified with an asterisk (*). Classes with an asterisk require
pre-registration and close at maximum enrollment.
The YMCA reserves the right to cancel any class
that does not meet minimum enrollment requirement.
