$50 non-refundable service fee for withdrawal from a class without a 5 day prior
notification.
CPR AND FIRST AID CERTIFICATIONS

($50 non-refundable service fee)
Call: ext 148 for days & times of courses. All registrations are in person at
the Rauch Member Services desk.
Fees include books, certification cards and a CPR
mask.
THE FOLLOWING COURSES ARE OFFERED:
• American Red Cross/American Heart Association
CPR with AED - $100
Includes infant, child & adult CPR skills.
• CPR for Family & Friends - $35 (This is a
non certification course)
• American Red Cross Oxygen Administration - $40
• American Red Cross Responding to Emergencies- $230
• American Red Cross Basic First Aid - $52
• American Red Cross Lifeguard Training (ages 15 +) - $385

• Emphasis on accident prevention, aftercare, rescue techniques and lifeguard
responsibilities.
• Course includes American Red Cross CPR with AED, Oxygen Administration First
Aid and waterfront.
• Participant must complete the Swim Test the first week of class.
• 200 yd front crawl
• 200 yd breast stroke
• 150 yd front crawl & breast stroke
• Tread water for 2 minutes
• 20 yd swim out & back with surface dive to retrieve 10 lb brick (this is a
timed event.)
• Swim 5yds submerge and retrieve three dive rings placed 5 yds apart in 4-7 ft
of water, resurface and swim 5 yds back.
RECERTIFICATION CLASSES — EXT 148
The following recertification classes are offered;
please note that current certification is required to participate in the renewal
classes. Please bring your CPR mask & current certification cards with you to
class:
• American Red Cross/American Heart Association CPR

LIFEGUARD TRAINING CLASS —
EXT 200

• American Red Cross Lifeguard Training
(ages 15+) - $385.00
Fee includes books, CPR mask & certification cards.
Emphasis on accident prevention, aftercare, rescue
techniques and lifeguard responsibilities. Course includes Waterfront Lifeguard,
CPR/AED, Oxygen Administration, and First Aid. No absences permitted!!
Participants must complete the Swim Test on the
first day of class.
- 200yd front crawl
- 200yd breast stroke
- 150yd front crawl and breast stroke
