SUMMER SAILING / KAYAKING
LEARN TO KAYAK OR SAIL
The YMCA will provide instruction for basic
kayaking & sailing skills, along with boating & water safety. The sailing
courses are designed for children ages 8 -18 & kayaking for ages 9 - 18. No
prior experience or equipment is required in order to participate. The YMCA will
provide all necessary gear needed for both courses but boating or water shoes
are required.
In Person registration begins April 30th at 6pm at
the Rauch Desk. $50 non-refundable service fee.
Please call extension 204 program information. The adult kayaking classes are
held on two consecutive Saturdays in June only.
All programs are held at Centerport Beach and
there is no bus transportation provided by the YMCA.
