STRENGTH TRAINING — MUSCLE FITNESS CLASS
This 60-minute personal training class helps
participants maximize their workout and increase their knowledge of muscles and
proper exercise techniques. Programs have been specifically designed for each
group indicated.

FEE: Membership +
BEGINNERS, 2x PER WEEK, $120
TEENS, 1x PER WEEK, $70
PERSONAL TRAINING
One-on-one time with a YMCA certified trainer may
be just the thing for you, no matter what your fitness level. A trainer can help
you begin a new fitness program or challenge you to reach new levels. Personal
training is not limited to the weight room. We can also establish a personalized
exercise program for you, or create a walking/weight management program to help
you achieve your personal goals.

$56/Hour or $230 for 5 SESSIONS
