The YMCA of Long Island’s Before and After School Program provides academic support and hands-on enrichment experiences in a safe and structured environment for children in grades Kindergarten through Middle School. The YMCA of Long Island partners with school districts in Nassau and Suffolk counties to support student learning. We emphasize the Y’s four core values in character development — caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility – in every activity and interaction.
