Fall Prevention

Join us for a Falls Prevention Program beginning January 2024! 

Led by Tracie Sullivan CES, FAS, PWR (Cancer Exercise Specialist, Functional Aging Specialist, Power Movement Disorder Specialist) this class offers a functional approach of exercise to identify and prevent the risk of fall and injury. Together we improve ankle strength, balance, hip stability, and obstacle negotiation, for a better quality of life. Every class offers a low impact aerobic component for a complete workout!
